Customer Rights:
- Mothers have the right to contact us whether messages, or calls 24/7 for any advices, asking any questions about products, services, that is best suitable for them even if there is no intention to buy.
- Mothers can ask for having an article or post talking about certain medical issues related to pregnancy, as per their request we refer to medical doctors and consultants to search for answers and write an article about it and that will be published on our blog “after their consent”. If they don’t agree, our search findings will communicated privately.
- Mothers have the right to ask for certain product to be delivered to their place to check them and then if decided not to buy, products will be returned “this service will cost only the delivery fees & for mothers to call us directly and express such need so that we can send them a well educated representative from our side”, & the visits are scheduled as per time that suits mothers best.
- In case of payments made as reservation for a product, if we fail to deliver such items and that cancellation is made from our side, the customer is entitled for full refund of their reservation. while if cancellation is made from customer’s side an amount of 10% of reservation will be deducted.
- Customers have the right to cancel their order at anytime only if they called or contacted us through different channels, and asked for the cancellation, that will be appreciated, otherwise if a customer intended to cancel an order several times (repetitive two times), we will unfortunately deny our services for them in the future.
Employees Rights:
- Customers are required to respect our employees & representatives, as respect is mutual. if for any reason our representatives have been insulted whether during delivery of in other ways of contacts, we wont be able to serve and if order is made unfortunately it will be cancelled.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice according to changes in market prices. Incase of “paid” reserved items while items were out of stock, a full refund of reservation will be made, in case we re-purchased the items at different price, we will call the customer to inform first and if you wish to cancel the order reservation will be made in full.
Orders usually take from 2 to 4 working days within Cairo.
Orders outside Cairo may take longer time.
Hygienic products cannot be exchanged or refunded after opening the box, under any circumstances.
Payments:
The standard available methods for your orders on mothersmall-eg.com are Cash On Delivery (COD), & that can be customized as per customers wishes.
In case of reservations 50% of the amount to be transferred via instapay account or Vodafone cash, as per customer wishes.
In case of reservation cancelation from customer side, 10% of the amount reserved will be deducted as administration fees.
All payments & refunds are made in Egyptian Pounds.
Process:
Upon completing a transaction using the online service, expect a phone call from our team to confirm the order, & within 24 hours if our contact with your side failed the order will be cancelled
- We will not accept returns if the item purchased was damaged, used or if the item packing is damaged or torn or if anything is missing from package or if not in the original status.
- We will offer No refund for Delivery service.
- We will accept returns matching the above conditions within 7 days of purchase date.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
